Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Haven Ark for courses, programs, and educational services are non-refundable. Once a payment is made and confirmed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation
While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription or enrollment at any time to prevent future charges. However, please note: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any payments already made You will retain access to the program/course until the end of your current billing period After cancellation, no future charges will be made
3. Course Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased course or program. This access is considered delivery of the educational service, and as such, no refunds will be issued.
4. Payment Disputes
In case of payment disputes or billing errors, please contact our support team immediately at support@havenark.in. We will review each case individually, but this does not guarantee a refund.
