1. Nature of Services

Haven Ark provides trading education services, masterclasses, and digital educational content. As our services are primarily educational and delivered through online platforms or in-person sessions, traditional shipping policies do not apply to most of our offerings.

2. Digital Content Delivery

For our online programs and digital courses, you will receive immediate access to course materials, video content, and learning resources upon successful registration and payment. All digital content is delivered electronically through our online platform. There is no physical shipping involved for digital services.

3. Offline Programs and Physical Materials

For offline masterclass programs that include physical materials (such as course handbooks, workbooks, or certificates), shipping will be arranged separately. Participants will be notified of shipping details, tracking information, and estimated delivery times via email. Physical materials are typically shipped within 7-10 business days of program enrollment or completion.

4. In-Person Sessions

For offline masterclasses conducted in person, the venue location and session details will be communicated to enrolled participants via email at least 7 days before the scheduled date. No shipping is required as sessions are conducted at designated training facilities.

5. Access Requirements

For online programs, to ensure optimal learning experience, we recommend: A modern web browser (latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) Stable high-speed internet connection Screen resolution of at least 1280 x 800 Audio output device (speakers or headphones) Webcam and microphone for interactive sessions
