1. Agreement to Terms

7. Course Access and Enrollment

Upon successful enrollment in a course or program, you will be granted access to the course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase. 8. Prohibited Conduct

Haven Ark does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current. 11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
